Return processing will be followed as per return policy mentioned.

We are working hard to deliver best of best quality products but we also have our return policy as situations and conditions always will not be in favour.

1.Before accepting or entertaining returns level of damage and reason for the same will be verified. If any issue of product before delivery or during transit, from our side then please bring it to deliver agent notice and it will be processed immediately and all other procedures will be followed for processing return and refund or replacement with new product.

2.If damage is done by the customer as soon as received it then the ownership lays on customer. So once we deliver products to you our delivery agent will be waiting at door until you confirm all products brought are totally fine and good conditions.If you got any defective product bring it immediately to the notice of the agent and will be replaced with new product.

3.Most of our products are perishables or fresh food items so we have no return more the 1 day i.e same return and above condition applies.

4.As all products are sorted and handpicked there will be 99.99% chances of not getting a defective product.But sometimes there are occassions or situations arising out of other reasons.

5. If there is no replacement or we could not get you the new product we will process the refund of amount paid. Refund process depends on channel of payment and bank or payment partner used while making payment. Cash payment will be refund into bank account details provided by you.
